Aga is an experienced technology and business leader; Aga’s main areas of expertise are within Regulatory Technology focused on global ESG reporting within the Financial Services.

Aga is the Founder and Managing Director of Primacy. The company has a patent-pending technology called OPTML that turns laws into data by making them machine-readable to create a digital workflow that is used by regulated companies to link their ESG obligations to data and AI to help them navigate the increasing demands of ESG reporting by producing evidence-based reporting.

Aga recently completed his studying at Cambridge University, Judge Business School’s FinTech and RegTech Innovation course. The programme is delivered to senior policymakers and regulators at central banks, security agencies and ministries of finance. Essential concepts covered include technologies and business models transforming the financial industry. The focus of the programme is on formulating evidence-based regulatory, supervisory and policy responses to the development of financial technology.

Aga currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) and initiative between Enterprise Singapore and the Economic Development Board Singapore. He was a serving board member of ACCESS (Singapore’s Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry) for two years.  Aga is also Principal Advisor for Ecosystem, where he undertakes regulatory technology innovation programs for senior executives in the financial services industry and advises organisations on product digitization and compliance by design principals.
