Alexandra is a member of the Advisory Board of Seeds Investor Holdings Inc., an ESG focused wealth tech company, and of the Global Advisory Council of Beyond the Billion, focused on driving capital from allocators to women-led growth companies. She recently launched a direct consulting practice, including serving as counsel or in fractional General Counsel and Cheif Sustainability Officer roles and currently serves as sustainability and finance strategy consultant Sostena Inc, a leader in ag supply chain
transformation. In 2022, she retired a long private practice career, most recently as a corporate partner and co-leader of the ESG practice at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. She has over 25 years of experience in investment management practice, focusing primarily
on alternative investment structures and strategies on behalf of general partners and institutional investors.
Alexandra also has considerable senior in-house experience, advising boards, family offices, public pension plans, and C-suite officers on matters of consequence, including expansion plans, significant investments, regulatory compliance, structure planning,
responses to examinations, investigations, and litigation, and a wide range of fiduciary duty issues. She is a co-Founder and Chair Emeritus of High Water Women Foundation and chaired the HWW Symposium: Investing for Impact, in 2013 and 2014. In 2022, she
published “How to ESG: A Resource Guide for Establishing an ESG Program for Your Company,” as editor-in-chief and a principal author. As former president of the Schroders US mutual funds board, she is qualified to serve on the audit committee and
as an audit committee financial expert on registered fund boards.
