Goze Dogu is a Technical Specialist at the FCA, focusing on sustainable finance and environmental, social and governance (ESG). As a member of FCA’s core ESG policy and advisor team, Goze maintains ESG subject matter expertise especially on social matters. She leads and contributes to ESG-related policy proposals and provides expert ESG input to other FCA policy work, helping to deliver FCA’s ESG policy priorities, often in collaboration with other regulators (domestically and internationally), government departments and industry stakeholders. 

Prior to joining the FCA, Goze spent a long career in ESG risk advisory and consulting, working extensively in assessing impact and ESG risks as well as compliance of complex investment projects and acting as a lead specialist in undertaking appraisals for new investments and supervision for portfolio projects in a multitude of geographies and sectors.
