Ine-Lize is the founding director of inFidi, a company that was inspired by her motivations to constantly develop her skills and grow professionally. inFidi provides specialised, yet cost effective support towards tax governance, tax risk management and greater tax transparency.

Ine-Lize assists organisations to establish a future ready tax function in the current global tax landscape by assisting them to know where they want to go – how they will get there and what the journey will look like. She is passionate about corporate reporting and transparency and has the view that truth builds trust.

Ine-Lize is also an executive director at OTB Group of Companies, and is responsible for OTB Enterprise Partners which is not only passionate about empowerment in South Africa and the rest of Africa, but also advocate and advise clients on various empowerment strategies pertaining to Enterprise and Supplier Development, SMME Partnership Alignments, B-BBEE Compliance and Governance, Empowerment, Equity and Partnership Structuring.

For the past 20 years Ine-Lize has been involved in advisory services across various industries in public and private sector. She believes in stakeholder capitalism – and that we all have a duty to strive towards long term value creation by taking into account the needs of all stakeholders.
