Lyndsey Zhang is a practitioner turned academic. Lyndsey is currently working on her Ph.D. with a dissertation titled Board Directors’ Perception of Sustainability. Lyndsey’s research focuses on corporate governance, board directors’ behavior and perception, corporate sustainability, and ESG evaluation systems. 

Before her academic research, Lyndsey had extensive corporate experience as a CFO, VP of strategy, board director, and management consultant. She is the author of Understanding Chinese Corporate Governance: A Practical Guidance for Working with Chinese Partners

Lyndsey’s research intends to develop knowledge to help practitioners work on performance evaluation, improvement, and problem-solving, focusing on corporate sustainability.
