Lynn has long recognized that sustainability is the single largest challenge to the collective creativity and intellectual spirit that humans have ever faced. 

With a career spanning more than 30 years as President of E2 Management Corporation, she has earned her reputation as an author, educator, mediator, tribunal judge, systems thinker, innovator, TV producer, collaborator, catalyst, and navigator for change. Her career started in technical issues, designing policies and procedures for wetlands at wastewater treatment sites, reviewing potential landfill sites, and assessing recycling programs. She helped write the original mediation process for environmental conflicts in the province of Ontario, which led to her position as a tribunal judge on environmental matters for the province’s Fire Commission. She was hired as the Recycling Director for Canada for the glass container industry, during which time she served as Vice Chair of an industry team to establish an organization dedicated to funding the development of the curbside Blue Box Program. As a result of her work, she was invited to participate in writing and negotiating international standards for environmental management systems, and guidance documents on related matters, such as green finance, including greenwashing. She has held leadership positions nationally and internationally for ISO TC 207.  Lynn also developed curricula on various environmental issues for several universities and colleges as well as delivering corporate programmes on Environmental Management Systems.

Lynn is the Catalyst for “Are You Climate Ready?” (AYCR). The insight on the platform helps people address personal climate readiness, enabling ‘positive spillover’ into their organizations. AYCR also provides insight to organizations on how to leverage the objective evidence from their Environmental Management System to address initiatives such as the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). AYCR also connects members to innovation and collaboration.
