Milton Segal is a Chartered Accountant and is the Executive Director of Standards at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). In this role, Milton bears responsibility for the entire suite of technical areas within the institute, such as Audit and Assurance, Corporate Reporting, Ethics, Public Sector, Enabling Competencies, and Taxation. He is also the acting Senior Executive in Corporate Reporting and Audit and Assurance at the SAICA.

Milton also held extensive roles at Wits University holding 10 years of lecturing experience in Financial Accounting. He has previously acted as the Head of Division for Financial Accounting. 

Milton has also acted as the Financial Manager at MIP, was a Financial Analyst at Citigroup and holds a Master of Commerce (Taxation) from Wits University.
