Patrice Lasserre has been a Chartered Director for over 8 years and served on the Board of various organisations for more than thirty years, providing him extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and in the functioning of Boards of Directors. Patrice spent over forty years in diverse corporations, in Europe and in South Africa, driving the strategy and implementation of beneficial and sustained transformation.

His formal education and vast business experience are combined with a passion for mentoring and learning. In 2010, he established Board Whisperer, a private practice focusing on making younger leaders board-ready, forming professional Boards and assessing innovatively the performance of Governing Bodies.
