Perrin is founder and CEO of CoSteer. He had an extensive corporate career and is a highly experienced, professionally qualified Fellow of the International Compliance Association (FICA) with a Post-Grad in Corporate Governance.

He is lead researcher at CoSteer and presents regularly as part of the Good Governance Research forum on complex organisational systems and culture. He is a qualified teacher, seasoned conference speaker and is passionate about changing the narrative surrounding governance, risk and compliance and their integration with organisational culture.
