Reinushini Chandrasegaram is the Chair of Professional Development of the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors (MACD) and CEO of RC Compliance Consultancy, a boutique compliance advisory firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with international reach. 

As Chair of Professional Development of MACD, she facilitates programs for Directors as a speaker, moderator and panellist at conferences and events organised by MACD and other professional bodies. She is a Policy Committee Member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI). 

Reinushini is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Financing of Terrorism Compliance Officer (CAMCO), with an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK. She is a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO), certified by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and an appointed facilitator for the Securities Industry Development Corporation, the training and development arm of the Securities Commission Malaysia. She is an alumnus of the International Anti-Corruption Association (IACA), Austria
