Srobon is a Board Member and Senior Vice President of Operations at Grand View Research Inc (GVR). He is an accomplished ESG professional with over 15 years of experience in leading global cross-functional ESG teams, including ratings, data and sustainability consulting. He also pioneered multiple innovative ESG solutions catering for the global investment community, corporates and tech firms. 

Srobon assisted a few of the renowned global ESG firms in institutionalizing offshore data centres across the world and has been a key member in driving awareness among Indian private companies towards sustainability reporting.

His current role includes developing and institutionalizing GVR’s Astra-ESG product line, and supporting multidimensional clientele across various ESG functions, including climate tech support, materiality assessment, thematic studies, and portfolio management, among others. He also manages the Good Governance initiative within GVR, including maintenance of policies and standards, global certifications, compliance and corporate sustainability reporting. 

Before his current role, Srobon worked with GlobalData Plc in setting up their ESG alternative data product line. He also worked with SG Analytics in India to build their sustainability service business line. Srobon also was part of Solaron, which was acquired by Sustainalytics.
