Tim Siegenbeek van Heukelom is Chief Impact Officer at Socialsuite. As the domain-expert on ESG and sustainability he guides and oversees the development of Socialsuite’s ESG and sustainability measurement and reporting platform.
Since 2020, Tim has led the development and growth of Socialsuite’s ESG software. He designed the company’s ESG-starter solution to help small caps identify, focus, and report on the most significant and urgent sustainability issues relevant to their business and stakeholders.
Sustainability and social impact have always been central to Tim’s career, from his first job at the World Legal Forum, to serving as strategy and sustainability consultant for top-tier resource companies. He brings over a decade of sustainability experience driving ESG strategy, programs, and reporting for organisations in public, private, and social sectors across Europe, North America, Africa, and Oceania.
He holds two law degrees (LLB, LLM) from Utrecht University, a degree in peace and conflict studies (MA) and a doctorate in food security (PhD) from the University of Sydney.
Tim holds several sustainability accreditations and certifications and serves on multiple sustainability and climate-related advisory and technical groups. He is co-founder and chair of For Wild Places; a not-for-profit pioneering the use of sports activism to protect wild places under threat.
